Terrina Christelle

Terrina Christopherhell Stause was born July 21, 1982. She is best known for her character Amanda Dillon in All My Children, and Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was originally born in Draffenville. She completed her B.A. at Murray State University. She performed as an actress at the theater in 2003. The name she chose for her middle name "Chrishell" is an evocative portmanteau, was a result of the unusual circumstances in the birthing process: her mother was born at a Shell station. Chris, an attendant assisted in the birth of her baby. Strause refutes the rumors about her baby's birth in her book. She opened up about her mother's automobile problems and then walked into an auto gas station. She entered pre-labor while was waiting at the car station. The car attendant really helped her reach the hospital. Strause was born in a hospital. Before she found out she was expecting, her mother divorced her from her biological father. He was half Japanese half Spanish. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause had to live in a tent throughout middle school, and thus did not attend school for the full year. Strause described washing her hair in the river and using food stamps to hide her identity from classmates. At the age of 10 years old, her parents "struggled with addictions and mental health." Then, she became a member of the Worldwide Church of God. Her mother never had an employment that was steady and Strause describes her as a free spirit and self-righteous.
